FULL CONTEST RULES

HOW TO ENTER:

For a chance to win one (1) $2,500 travel voucher with Blue Planet Travel valid on package holidays or cruises. Voucher is non-transferable and has no cash value. Any unused portions of the travel voucher will not be paid out in cash. You must submit a contest entry on the Walsh and Volk website by 11:59pm Eastern Time  by 11:59 p.m on Sunday, April 15, 2012 (“Contest End”). Contest runs between January 6th, 2012 and April 15th, 2012. (“Contest Period”) Entrants must also sign one of the following contracts: 1. Buyer Representation Agreement Contract. 2. Listing Agreement. 3. Purchase & Sale Agreement Contract. Each purchase or sale of a house within the Contest Period is considered an entry. In the case of a Referral, entrants are only required to submit an entry with a qualified referral of someone who is looking to buy or sell a home in 2012  on the Walsh and Volk website during the Contest Period. Each qualified referral is considered an entry regardless of whether they sign a contract with the Walsh and Volk Team or not, however an appointment is necessary. The Walsh and Volk Team (“Sponsor”), will randomly select the name of the grand prize winner by end of day on Monday, April 23th, 2012. Each member will also be entered in a draw to win a weekly prize of a Cineplex Night Out, including 2 movie tickets, 2 large drinks and 1 large popcorn. Winners will be draw each Tuesday, starting on January 17th, 2012. Additional entries can be earned by 1. Following the Walsh and Volk Team on Twitter 2. Liking the Walsh and Volk Team on Facebook 3. Subscribing to the Walsh and Volk Team’s YouTube Channel 4. Subscribing to the Walsh and Volk Team E-Newsletter. Unfollowing, unliking or unsubscribing to Social Media Networks or E-Newsletter before the end of the Contest Period will void the additional entry. The winners of each draw will be notified via e-mail. If you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, your prize will be available for you to pick up in person from the Walsh and Volk Team office at 3185 Walkers Line, Burlington, ON, L7R 3X4.

ELIGIBILITY:

No purchase necessary. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and be a legal resident of Canada. Contest is not open to any individual if they are an employee, officer or director of The Walsh and Volk Team. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, if applicable. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

WINNERS/PRIZE:

One Grand Prize of a $2,500 travel voucher with Blue Planet Travel will be awarded for the contest and fourteen weekly prizes of a Cineplex Night Out.

The complete list of Winners will be available on the Walsh and Volk website, www.walshandvolk.com after the Contest Period has ended.

DISCLAIMER/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, by entering a contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, voice and picture in advertising, promotional and marketing materials by Sponsor without additional compensation, which may require, without limitation. In addition, by entering, all entrants, except where prohibited by law, consent to being photographed, filmed, taped and/or interviewed about the Contest. In connection therewith, all entrants grant full permission and consent to Sponsor to utilize any of the results of such photographing, filming, taping and/or interviewing in any and all media now known or hereafter devised and hereby release Sponsor from all liability related thereto.

If this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, because of any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Contest and Sponsor can perform the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension or modification of the Contest.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:

Winner, by acceptance of any Prize, agrees to release Sponsor from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use any Prize. Sponsor does not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by Sponsor, the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest and which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this Contest. Sponsor can modify these official rules in any way or at any time.

The Contest shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an account by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning accounts for the website associated with the account.
