Waterdown
The ‘Victorian Village’ of Waterdown has a long and glorious history. An important mill town from 1800 to the early twentieth century, the village has changed and adapted throughout the decades. Ancaster
Ancaster is a picturesque and historic community located on the Niagara escarpment, within the greater area of the city of Hamilton, with a population of over 35,000. Ancaster’s primary points of interest are its historical village core, its abundant recreational walking trails as well as its interesting variety of restaurants, pubs and shops. The city is well known for the Bruce Trail, which snakes through the city and has paths that go through the Dundas Valley Conservation Area and the Hamilton Brantford Rail Trail. The Bruce Trail offers four season worth of recreation for walkers, cyclists, horse riders, snowshoers and cross country skiers. Ancaster is considered to be an affluent bedroom community, perfect for professionals who work in downtown Hamilton, or the nearby cities of Brantford, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Toronto.
Dundas
